Can Subirós is a rural house with excellent transport links, around 5 km from the N-II and near exit 5 on the motorway. The location is excellent, lying just 15-20 minutes by car from: the Estany de Banyoles, Girona’s old town, the ruins at Empúries, Besalú Roman bridge, the Dalí Museum in Figueres, etc. There are pleasant outings along rural pathways and in nearby woods from the masía farmhouse's very peaceful location. There is an 80 m2 large terrace in front of the house which is ideal for R&R, sunbathing or playing with young ones. There is also an outdoor barbecue.
